Wait for it...wait for it...

The bump has begun - but now I'm just ...waiting for it... to POP! I first noticed it on Friday when I was getting dressed for an event we had at work, Blue Prints and Blue Jeans. We were to wear blue jeans and a "going out top." I was at Liz's house getting ready and as I put on the shirt, I think I might of said out loud, "Yes, I got some chub!" Hahaha. And to double check, I tried sucking it in and nothing was suckin anywhere. Such an exciting time in my life.

When I came home that night, Dave immediately noticed my belly ran over and kissed it. He was more excited than I was. "Adriane has a belly, so clap your hands." Yeah, not the most conventional reaction, but that's my Davey Bob.

I haven't gained any weight yet, but I'm awaiting that moment as well!

G * R * A * D * U * A * T * I * O * N
I have officially graduated from my first trimester. That's right, I'm now on my way into the second trimester. The nausea is supposed to be easing up now and it totally has. As of now, I was sick for about a week and a half which is a total blessing. Not that I liked being sick, but it could've been (and I guess still can be) worse. I haven't been nauseous since Sunday - very exciting. Even though, I'm not feeling that great right now, but I think I just need to eat something.

- [While we are lying in bed, and after I just closed my eyes and was so ready to fall asleep]
Dave: "Hey, Adriane."
Me: "Yes, Dave?"
Dave: "Thank you again for making me a baby. You know, it's the nicest thing someone has done for me. Yeah, you making me a baby and my parents buying me my first dirt bike - the two most nicest things anyone has ever done for me."
Me: "I'm glad the pain I'm going to endure is being compared to your first dirt bike."
Dave: "Well, the dirt bike was about a 9.4 and you making me a baby is definitely a 10!"

- [After I asked him to get me something and he did immediately] “What would you do without me? Well, I know you wouldn’t be pregnant right now. HA!”

- "Okay, so I was looking online for 'new unique names that are going to be popular in the future' and you're probably not going to like this name at first as I didn't but it's really growing on me and I really like it for a boy. The name is "Bounce."
I'm sorry, but we're not naming our son, Bounce.
